Does IceWEB share the information I’ve provided?

One example of this may be the optional fax service for the IceMAIL product which is actually services by a third-party provider. IceWEB also may use this information to process credit card payments. How does IceWEB SECURE my personal information?
We are committed to properly securing the information we collect online. To help us accomplish this, we take the following steps:
- We employ internal access controls to ensure that only people who see your information are those with a need to do so to perform their official duties.
- We train all personnel on our privacy and security measures and policies.
- IceWEB personnel do not have access to your account passwords. IceWEB will not ask you for credit card or other personal information via email. IceWEB personnel may ask you for partial personal or credit card information in order to verify your identify if you call our Customer Service department (for example, our personnel can only see and therefore only ask you for four digits of your credit card information to verify your identity).
- We physically secure the areas where we hold electronic or hard copies of information we collect through a combination of 24x7 security guards, biometric scanners, secure safes, and badge/card key access.
- We regularly back up the information we collect online to insure against loss
- We use technical controls to secure the information we collect online using techniques such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL), electronic digital certificates, encryption, firewalls, and password protections
- We periodically test our security procedures to ensure personnel and technical compliance.
Does IceWEB collect information from children?
Our web site does not intentionally collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a person under the age of 18, we will automatically delete it. We do not accept online orders from anyone under the age of 18.
