	Our server farms utilizing redundant power from separate power plants within our data center.
	The redundant power systems are backed up by battery systems which are backed up by industrial quick start diesel generators with redundant fuel systems and delivery providers.
	Triple redundant industrial HVAC/cooling systems.
	All IceWEB servers have redundant network connections to our network infrastructure.
	We employ five Internet Service Providers (ISPs).for load balancing and redundancy to ensure our servers are always online to the Internet.
	Wet and dry fire suppression systems are in use to protect our servers.
	Physical security features include closed-circuit television monitoring, 24x7 security guards, key cards, password/pin, individual locked cages and server cabinets, and biometric hand-scanning technology.

IceMAIL includes the most advanced virus protection and anti-spam protections available.

	Five different anti-virus scanning systems are utilized to protect inbound and outbound emails.
	Virus signature files are updated several times each day to ensure we catch new viruses that are released into the Internet.
	Unsolicited email (AKA “spam”) is screened by multiple systems and technologies including white/black lists, reverse lookups, and heuristics to block incoming spam before it hits your mailbox.
	Flag messages as junk or “not junk” from with Outlook without any special software required.
	IceMAIL never sells or shares our customer email addresses with anyone.

IceWEB values our customer relationship and does not share your information with anyone. Some of the protections in place include:

	Background checks and binding confidentiality contracts for each of our internal employees—we do not use external contractors or temporary personnel.
	IceWEB personnel do not know and will not ask for your account passwords.
	All customer accounts are secured by 128-bit encryption technology. All customer billing information is further protected so that no IceWEB Customer Service personnel have your credit card information (for those customers with automatic rebilling)
	IceWEB does not sell your email address share other customer information with anyone outside our company.
	We are owned and operated 100% in the United States.

IceWEB utilizes a combination of redundant servers, network load-balancing, clustered servers, and data backups to ensure data integrity, availability, and recoverability.

	Daily backup of all servers and data to large tape autoloaders/libraries
	Secondary daily backup of critical data to network attached storage systems
	Primary and secondary Storage Area Networks (SAN) systems providing redundant data protection.
	Clustered and load balanced servers to provide immediate failover in event of system failure
	Each server employs RAID disk technology for key operating system and service operations with data redundantly stored on primary and secondary SANs.
	Multiple LTO2 tape autoloaders/libraries provide nearly unlimited data backup capacity for recovery and/or long-term archiving purposes.
	Routine backups are available for restore, upon customer request, for up to 14 days.  Optional archiving plans available for up to 10 years of archive storage.
	Certified engineers on call 24x7x365 responding to emergencies, server outages, and system alerts from our redundant monitoring software systems.

IceWEB employs multiple firewalls and technologies at our data center to protect our network and your data from Internet predators, denial of service attacks, and hackers.

	Cisco, Secure Computing, RSA Security, CipherTrust, and SonicWall systems employed to ensure authentication, content filtering, and Internet traffic security.
	Custom firewall systems and rules to allow only authorized traffic into our server farms along with authentication systems to ensure only
	Valid/approved users have access to your web site, email system, Internet access, or other services you may have.
	We can customize our firewall restrictions to enable certain ports and VPN connections upon request.  This allows us to remain secure while protecting your custom application or Internet connection needs.
