Career Path:

The goal for Inside Sales Reps is to be promoted into a Sales Manager position within one year, achieving this promotion through demonstrating a high level of expertise in the responsibilities of the position as well as the leadership qualities that are necessary to lead a team. The next step is to become the mentor. After your sales, leadership, and industry expertise are refined the SM will be promoted into a Regional Manager position where they will hire, train, mentor, manage and LEAD a team of Inside Sales Reps and Inside Sales Managers.

Primary Duties:

  • Call Commercial and government prospects
  • Schedule and perform Online Product demonstrations for prospective clients
  • Manage and track all sales activity using Salesforce.com CRM (Training Provided)
  • Qualify opportunities
  • Develop strong client relationships
