John R. Signorello
Chairman and CEO
John R. Signorello has served as Chairman of the Board and CEO since March 2000. From 1991 until September 1997, Mr. Signorello served as the Chief Executive Officer of STMS - "Solutions That Make Sense" - a private technology company he founded that specialized in computer networks, systems integration and information technology.
In 1996, STMS was ranked the 17th fastest growing technology company in America by The National Technology Council The Fast Five Hundred. In September 1997, the company was acquired by Steelcloud (Nasdaq:SCLD), and Mr. Signorello remained as Vice President of Sales and Marketing until November 1998.
From 1998 through 2000, Mr. Signorello served as a Director for a publicly traded Internet Venture Fund. Mr. Signorello is an accomplished musician, and serves as a principal in New York City Lights Entertainment. Mr. Signorello received a B.B.A. in Marketing from Radford University in 1989.
Mark B. Lucky
Chief Financial Officer
Mark B. Lucky serves as our Chief Financial Officer since March 2007. He has over 20 years professional experience in high growth/start-up ventures and established companies with multi-industry experience including financial services, technology, software, real estate, biotech and entertainment and media.
Prior to joining IceWEB, he consulted at Bearing Point on their financial restatement project. From 2004 to 2005 he was Vice President of Finance and Administration at Galt Associates, Inc., a Sterling, Virginia informatics/ technology and medical research services company and from 2001 to 2004 he was Vice President of Finance and Administration of MindShare Design, Inc., a San Francisco, California based internet technology company. While at both Galt Associates, Inc. and MindShare Design, Inc. Mr. Lucky was the senior financial officer for the company, providing strategic and tactical analysis and managing day to day finance, accounting, cash management, reporting and human resource responsibilities.
During his career Mr. Lucky has also been employed by Axys Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed San Francisco, California-based early stage drug discovery biotech company (acting CFO and Senior Director of Finance), PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC, COMPASS Management and Leasing, Inc. (Vice President - Finance 1997 to 1998), Mindscape, Inc. (Director of Financial Planning and Analysis 1995 to 1996), The Walt Disney Company (Manager, Operations Planning & Analysis, Manager of Corporate Planning 1991 to 1995), and KPMG. Mr. Lucky is a CPA and received his B.A., Economics, from the University of California.

Karl possesses more than 25 years of experience in IT Technology strategy and business management. He specializes in distributed systems, storage, enterprise software and virtualization. He has successfully built and sold two entrepreneurial start-up businesses including LeftHand Networks, which was acquired by HP for $360M in November, 2008 and NuView ManageX, which was acquired in 1997.
He has executive management experience in strategy development, business development, marketing, channels, sales management. Karl' s skills include P&L and business unit management, fund-raising, OEM licensing, and mergers & acquisition. His former roles include VP of Bus Dev & Marketing at LeftHand Networks, VP of Marketing at BMC Software, VP of Bus Dev & Marketing at NuView Inc., and senior management positions at Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, and Digital Equipment Corp. He has developed strategic partnerships and negotiated licensing deals industry leaders including Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, Intel, HP, IBM, Dell, Cisco & Citrix Systems and many other world-class enterprise computing companies.

Skinner
Sr. Vice President of Engineering
& Technical Operations
Dave leads the Engineering and Technical Operations functions of the company with a vision to rapidly expand and mature IceWEB's technology and products to meet opportunities in the growing unified storage market. Dave has spent more than 30 years in engineering, architecture, technology and operations in the computer and storage industries.
Dave has successfully built and sold two entrepreneurial start-up businesses including LeftHand Networks, which was acquired by HP for $360M in November, 2008 and Redcape Software, which was acquired by Sun Microsystems in May, 1998. While serving as VP of Engineering at LeftHand Networks, he initiated major changes in engineering processes and organization that resulted in significantly shorter product release cycles, higher product quality and enhanced customer satisfaction. Prior to LeftHand, he served as a senior architect at Sun Microsystems after it acquired Redcape Software, where he was the co-founder and CTO. While at Sun, he was responsible for developing strategy and technology in the area of reliability, availability, serviceability and diagnosability (RASD), enabling Sun to re-position itself from a mid-level UNIX storage peripherals vendor to an enterprise storage provider. Additionally, he expanded Sun’s portfolio of intellectual property in RASD, leading the development of over a dozen patents. At Redcape, Dave created and productized the concept of policy-based storage management which later became the Sun Jiro(TM) platform.In previous positions, he served as CTO at Fujitsu ASG and also held various senior engineering and management positions at StorageTek. Dave is long-time member of both the Associations for computing Machinery (ACM) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), and has served as the chair of several IEEE standards committees. He has a BSEE from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has completed graduate work at both CU and UCLA in electromagnetics, computer science and telecommunications.

Gina has over 10 years of proven success in designing and directing comprehensive inbound, outbound and channel marketing strategies to support company growth objectives in both Fortune 100 and start-up companies. She has demonstrated success helping customers attain revenue growth through implementation of marketing programs utilizing a variety of innovative marketing techniques. Gina is continuously recognized for her expertise in improving program effectiveness through the creation of marketing processes and tools and effective use of results analysis.
Gina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, California.
Tracey
Floming
Director, Corporate Marketing
Tracey has over 20 years of experience in a wide range of marketing roles at both large and early-stage technology companies. Much of the last decade has been devoted to building and managing the corporate marketing function for startups LeftHand Networks and HiveLive, Inc., both of which achieved successful exits through acquisition. Prior experience at StorageTek, Legato Systems, McDATA, and Western Digital exposed her to the full marketing mix. Today, she combines the scrappiness of the startup experience with the understanding of a mature marketing department to provide innovative and results driven marketing programs. She works effectively to define marketing strategy, provide guidance on team development, and implement company launch, social media, website, PR, lead generation, and alliance marketing programs.
Tracey graduated with honors from Utah State University with a degree in journalism.
Timothy J. McNamee
Director of Business Development
Tim McNamee has served as Vice President of Sales for IceWEB from 2006 until March of 2009. Tim has more than 19 years of Sales Management experience in the computer industry.
From 1991 until September 1997, Mr. McNamee served as President of STMS -"Solutions That Make Sense" - a private technology company he founded that specialized in computer networks, systems integration and information-technology.
In 1996, STMS was ranked the 17th fastest growing technology company in America by The National Technology Council. In September 1997, the company was acquired by SteelCloud (Nasdaq:SCLD), and Mr. McNamee remained as Vice President of Business Development until July of 2006. At SteelCloud he led the manufacturing sales division of the company, where he won several large contracts to include a 32 million dollar contract with the US Postal Service.
Mr. McNamee received a

University in 1988.
